If you're a foundation, nonprofit, city agency, business leader, educator, or policymaker tackling tough issues like gun violence, education inequity, pollution, poverty, or the care economy—we’re here to help.

Our GENIUS process surfaces grounded, community-driven solutions by listening to those most impacted by broken systems. Through co-creation with stakeholders across sectors—nonprofits, media, businesses, and government—we develop actionable strategies that:

    - Provide direct feedback to policymakers

    - Matchmaking with impact investors, grants, and other financial advisors

    - Enable communities to prototype, test, and scale new ideas

Use our own “Everyday GENIUS” process to build trust, shape policy, and unlock the solutions already waiting in your community.

HOW WE WORK

B Global by Design is not your typical consulting and community engagement enterprise. At the engagement outset, you are assigned a consultant specializes in integrative (human-centered) design for social impact who will work with your team and internal/ external stakeholders to fully understand your needs and co-design our project. Throughout our engagement, we use various tools to engage stakeholders (even reluctant ones), facilitate feedback sessions, and deliver.

B Global by Design is building a membership structure and seeks to become the global resource on best practices in community development, stakeholder-led policy development, innovation economies, and creative economies. We seek members and partners to co-sponsor design/creative competitions, provide grants and revolving loans for creative enterprise, provide scholarships, contribute to our multimedia forum, host networking events, host peer-to-peer exchanges, and more.
